How costs and evidence are handled
Base estimates for monthly services equal the current rate multiplied by the horizon, assuming continuous use and unchanged prices. Prepaid plans require the initial term before a total can be calculated. Cash paid includes full renewal blocks purchased before the horizon ends. Allocated cost counts only months used. These are different numbers.
