Does a low cost VPS server include a public IPv4 address?
For these three checked views, yes—if you keep the standard network option. OVHcloud describes one preconfigured public address, IONOS lists one per server, and netcup's default dual-stack choice supplies one. The exception is chosen at checkout: netcup's IPv6-only selection removes public IPv4 and locks out adding one later.
That makes “IPv4 included” two separate checks: what the default plan contains now, and whether a cheaper network choice removes the ability to add IPv4 later. The second check matters before purchase because the cited netcup rule is not a reversible add-on decision.
Turn the address line into a term cost
The monthly add-on labels are not directly comparable to a one-time server headline. Convert each address decision over the period you expect to keep it, while preserving currency and tax scope.
These are arithmetic scenarios, not invoices. USD is not converted to EUR, and the netcup reduction is not treated as the market price of an IPv4 address. It is the difference displayed between the cited network choices on that plan view.
